Die Ruhe dieses Ortes berührte mich – der schmale Weg, die Felder und die Bäume am Wegesrand führten meinen Blick in die offene Landschaft. Während ich malte, veränderten Licht und Wolken die Farben der Felder und ließen die Natur in immer neuen Nuancen erscheinen. Mit diesem Bild wollte ich die stille Harmonie dieses Augenblicks einfangen und die Betrachter:innen einladen, den Weg gedanklich mitzugehen und die Gelassenheit der ländlichen Landschaft zu erleben. I painted this picture en plein air during the annual plein air event in Kłopotowo, Poland. I painted it on a field road behind the village, where the vast landscape unfolds in all its quiet beauty. The tranquility of this place moved me—the narrow path, the fields, and the trees lining the roadside drew my gaze out into the open landscape. As I painted, the light and clouds transformed the colors of the fields, revealing nature in ever-changing shades. With this painting, I wanted to capture the quiet harmony of that moment and invite viewers to mentally follow the path and experience the serenity of the rural landscape. Signed lower right.
